This is a great entry, and it’s not just for pregnant women. 🙂 I think the racing thoughts may have more to do with hormonal balance than we understand right now, and I say that from personal experience~! Hope sleep comes easier tonight.
Completely agree! I have slept much better the last two nights :-). Positive thinking definitely helps. Hugs
